Terms and Conditions

1. Häagen-Dazs™ Club membership discounts or any vouchers are not applicable for any Birthday Party. 

2. Häagen-Dazs™ Birthday Party is only applicable for Airside, Windsor House, OP Mall and The Wai Häagen-Dazs ™ shops.

3. Häagen-Dazs™ Birthday Party price includes the minimum charge for 15 guests, If there are more guests, each extra guest will be charged. For details, please refer to the list above. 

4. Häagen-Dazs™ Club Membership are required for reserving the Birthday Party. Enjoy 2 years of Häagen-Dazs™ Club Gold Membership upon reservation of the Birthday Party with a new membership account.

5. $2,000 deposit must be paid for reservation. 

6. Reservation must be made at least 7 days prior the Birthday Party Day.

7. No alcohol is allowed.

8. No outside drinks and food are allowed. If you require further assistance, please contact our staff.

9. At least 10 ice cream flavors will be provided by Häagen-Dazs ™ shops. Flavours availability are subject to the supply of the specific Häagen-Dazs ™ shop.

10. No prior notice will be given for any changes for the Birthday Party.

11. Häagen-Dazs ™ Birthday Party must not be used for any trade or promotional purpose without specific written authorization by General Mills Hong Kong Limited.

12. In case of any dispute, the decision of General Mills Hong Kong Limited shall be final.
