Mooncake Redemption


  • Häagen-Delivery

Delivery Service:

  • Delivery service can be arranged for Häagen-Dazs™ Ice Cream Mooncake at additional charge HK$70 per order. Each delivery order can arrange maximum 5 boxes of Ice Cream Mooncake to one address.
  • An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
  • Delivery service needs to be booked and paid through the Häagen-Delivery website (https://www.haagendazs-gift.com/tc/home-delivery-mooncake2021/). Online registration is accepted from 8 September to 20 September 2021, and the delivery service period is from 14 September to 21 September 2021.
  • Please place delivery order no later than 1 days in advance. The order cut-off time is 12 noon every day. Order made after 12 noon will be considered as next day's order.
  • Available delivery timeslots: i) 10am – 3pm or ii) 3pm – 8pm; delivery service is limited on a daily quota basis and subject to booking availability.
  • Häagen-Dazs™ Ice Cream Mooncake voucher is classified as "redeemed" and “invalid” once confirmed the delivery service through online.
  • Once the registered delivery service is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. The voucher and delivery fee will not be compensated and refunded.
  • Mooncake voucher must be returned to Häagen-Dazs™ upon delivery. Otherwise, it cannot be redeemed.

Delivery Policy:

  • Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories commercial, industrial and residential addresses only.
  • Delivery service is not available to outlying islands, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, and Hong Kong International Airport, and impermanent or incomplete addresses; not available to areas that cannot be reached directly by vehicles. General Mills Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to decline delivery at its sole discretion.
  • In the event the lift is out of order, our team will contact customer to re-schedule the delivery.
  • Delivery service will be suspended or delayed when typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted, or in the event of bad weather, traffic and/or uncontrollable conditions. In this case, our team will contact customer to re-schedule the delivery.
  • No change on the delivery information (including date, schedule, address and recipient's information) is allowed once it is confirmed and the online payment is done. Please ensure recipient is available to accept the delivery. Neither cancellation of order nor refund will be accepted.
  • Dry ice is excluded for delivery order. Please reserve area of freezer (-18°C) for the storage of Ice Cream Mooncake.
  • When the Ice Cream Mooncake is delivered, please open the box on a flat stage for checking, and sign the delivery note as confirmation. Once the delivery note is signed, it means customer confirms and accepts delivery of the goods in good condition.
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of General Mills Hong Kong Limited shall be final.
