Delivery Info

Order has to be reserved at least 2 days prior to redemption date.

Printed vouchers will be available to pick-up at SF Express outlet or courier delivery (sign off needed).

E-voucher will be sent via email. In addition to the order confirmation email, you will receive a gift notification email confirmation. Present the QR Code on that email to redeem at designated redemption locations.

Printed voucher delivery time: Vouchers will be delivered to designated commercial/residential address within 5-7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays) after receiving order confirmation email.

Order cut-off time is 11:00pm on every working day (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays); orders made after 11:00pm will be considered as order made on the following working day.

Any purchase on 3 sets or above of voucher can enjoy free delivery service. For 3 sets below, there will be a delivery charge of HK$30 to one location.

In the event the lift is out of order, Häagen-Dazs™ will contact customer to re-schedule the delivery.

Delivery service will be suspended or delayed when typhoon signal No. 8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted, or in the event of bad weather, traffic and/or uncontrollable conditions. In this case, Häagen-Dazs™ will contact customer to re-schedule the delivery.

No change on the delivery information (including date, schedule, address and recipient’s information) is allowed once it is confirmed and the online payment is done. Please ensure recipient is available to accept the delivery. At our option, to charge additional HKD $30 delivery fee in the event of customer’s failure to accept delivery for whatever reasons; Neither cancellation of order nor refund will be accepted.

Each order is for one delivery location (commercial/residential area); no delivery service for restricted areas and outlying islands.

Attention: If the delivery address is a residential address, please do not write company name on the recipient information.

For any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided, General Mills Hong Kong Ltd. will not be responsible for any refund or re-issue of vouchers. In case the vouchers have been returned, additional surcharge will be applied for re-delivery.

Terms of Use

This gift e-voucher entitles the holder get one LE PETIT AMOUR Ice Cream Macaron Gift set at selected Häagen-Dazs™ shops in Hong Kong. No prior notice will be given for any changes to the redemption outlet addresses.

This e-voucher must be redeemed on or before expiry date. Otherwise, the e-voucher will be forfeited.

Includes 1 hour free dry ice.

E-voucher QR codes are unique. Once redemption for an item is done it cannot be redeemed again.

Cannot be used in conjunction with Häagen-Dazs™ Club member discount, gift vouchers and other promotional offers.

No need to print your e-voucher, only original electronic format is accepted. Consumers must present the original e-voucher, Häagen-Dazs Shops reserve the right to examine the e-voucher and reject any suspected copy of e-voucher.
