Delivery Info
Printed vouchers will be available to pick-up at SF Express outlet or courier delivery (sign off needed).
E-voucher will be sent via email. In addition to the order confirmation email, you will receive a gift notification email confirmation. Present the QR Code on that email to redeem at designated redemption locations.
Printed voucher delivery time: Vouchers will be delivered to designated commercial/residential address within 5-7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays) after receiving order confirmation email.
Printed voucher delivery notification: **Due to SF Express Hong Kong now using the "SF EXPRESS" mobile application for parcel pick-up notifications, replacing the original SMS notification method for recipient, recipient must download the "SF EXPRESS" mobile application and enable push notifications on their phones to receive pick-up notifications to avoid missing delivery reminders and pick-up notifications. At the same time, recipient can also track parcel status in real-time within the "SF EXPRESS" mobile application.
Order cut-off time is 11:00pm on every working day (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays); orders made after 11:00pm will be considered as order made on the following working day.
We offer free delivery for orders upon purchase of $800 or above ice-cream Fondue printed vouchers. If total order amount of Fondue vouchers is less than $800, there will be delivery charge of HK$30 to one location.
HK$10 surcharge will be applied for designated remote areas of Hong Kong.
Each order is for one delivery location (commercial/residential area); no delivery service for restricted areas and outlying islands.
Attention: If the delivery address is a residential address, please do not write company name on the recipient information.
For any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided, General Mills Hong Kong Ltd. will not be responsible for any refund or re-issue of vouchers. In case the vouchers have been returned, additional surcharge will be applied for re-delivery.

1 hour free dry ice is provided for free for fondue set redemption from shops, extra dry ice extra dry ice will be charged. Dry ice is excluded for delivery service selected for redemption.
Items sold are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods.
