Customer can arrange delivery service at Häagen-Delivery website, online registration is accepted from 4 September to 28 September 2023
Limited daily delivery quota. Reservation must be made online at least 1 day in advance. Order cut-off time is 12 noon every day.
Ice Cream Mooncake delivery does not include dry ice and is not available to remote areas and outlying islands.
Ice Cream Mooncake voucher is classified as "redeemed" and" invalid" once confirmed the delivery service through online.
Delivery Info
Physical vouchers will be available to pick-up at SF Express outlet or courier delivery (sign off needed).
E-voucher will be sent via email. In addition to the order confirmation email, you will receive a gift notification email confirmation. Present the QR Code on that email to redeem at designated redemption locations. You can share the purchased items to friends by clicking the URL on that email.
Physical voucher delivery time: vouchers will be delivered to designated address within 5 working days (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays) after receive order confirmation email.
Free delivery will be offered for any purchase of Ice Cream Mooncake printed voucher.
Order cut-off time is 11:00pm on every working day (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays); orders made after 11:00pm will be considered as order made on the following working day.
Each order is for one delivery location; no delivery service for restricted areas and outlying islands.
Attention: If the delivery address is a residential address, please do not write company name on the recipient information.
For any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided, General Mills Hong Kong Limited. will not be responsible for any refund or re-issue of vouchers. In case the vouchers have been returned, additional surcharge will be applied for re-delivery.
