Physical vouchers will be available to pick-up at SF Express outlet or courier delivery (sign off needed).
E-voucher will be sent via email. In addition to the order confirmation email, you will receive a gift notification email confirmation. Present the QR Code on that email to redeem at designated redemption locations. You can share the purchased items to friends by clicking the URL on that email.
Physical voucher delivery time: vouchers will be delivered to designated address within 5 working days (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays) after receive order confirmation email.
Free delivery will be offered for any purchase of Ice Cream Mooncake printed voucher.
Order cut-off time is 11:00pm on every working day (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays); orders made after 11:00pm will be considered as order made on the following working day.
