Voucher Delivery Info
Physical vouchers will be available to pick-up at SF Express outlet or courier delivery (sign off needed).
Any purchase on 3 sets or above of voucher can enjoy free delivery service. For 3 sets below, there will be a delivery charge of HK$30 to one location.
Delivery Time : Vouchers will be delivered to designated commercial /residential address within 7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays) after receive Order Confirmation email.
Order cut-off time is 11:00pm on every working day (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays); orders made after 11:00pm will be considered as order made on the following working day.
Each order is for one delivery location; no delivery service for restricted areas and outlying islands.
Attention : If the delivery address is a residential address, please do not write company name on the recipient information.
For any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided, General Mills Hong Kong Limited. will not be responsible for any refund or re-issue of vouchers. In case the vouchers have been returned, additional surcharge will be applied for re-delivery.
